Okay, so I'm about a week late on the new year thing. Oh, well. For New Years we went to Fort Worth with our friends Chris and Audra. We went to the Air Force Bowl game against Houston University. The game of course was of no interest to me, duh it's football, but there was some cool half time entertainment. There were parachuters that landed right on the football field, General Petraeus was there and swore in a group of new troops and the Air Force band played. Pretty cool all in all.
Then we ran into Clint and Amy, yeah so weird! They were staying on the same floor of the hotel we were in and we just happened to cross paths getting on / off the elevators. So that was really cool because we got to have lunch with them on New Years Day.
I still have my Christmas decorations up and I'm planning on taking them down this weekend. I have to admit, I love Christmas, but I'm pretty sick of looking at these decorations!
